　　赵忠秀教授1988年毕业于北京大学，获学士学位， 1991年获中央党校经济学硕士学位， 2000年获对外经济贸易大学经济学博士学位。1997年英国曼彻斯特大学访问学者，2003年美国密歇根州立大学访问学者。

　　赵忠秀教授主要从事国际贸易理论与政策、外国直接投资、经济增长、电信经济学方面的研究。他自1991年开始从事教学工作，目前为博士生讲授《国际贸易理论与政策》， 用英文向本科生教授《国际经济学》，向硕士留学生讲授《Chinese Economic and Business System》。于1998年和2007年，分别被授予北京高校青年骨干教师和北京市高等学校教学名师奖。

　　赵忠秀教授的科研成果发表在Journal of International Business and Trade, International Economics,《国际贸易问题》，《中国与世界经济》等学术期刊上。

Professor Zhao Zhongxiu obtains Ph.D. degree from University of International Business and Economics, P.R. China (2000). He is academic visitor at University of Michigan, the US (2003), and University of Manchester, UK (1997).

Professor Zhao Zhongxiu specializes in the area of International Trade and Telecommunications Economics. He began his teaching in the International Trade in 1991, and now gives lectures on International Trade Theory and Policy, Chinese Economic and Business System, and International Economics to Ph.D., Graduate and Bachelor students respectively, both in English and Chinese. Because of his excellent performance in this area, he was acknowledged as Excellent Young Teachers of University in Beijing in 1998, and Distinguished Teachers of University in Beijing in 2007.

Zhao’s recent academic papers are published in The Journal of International Business and Trade, International Economics, China & World Economy, and others.
